Location
Our wood fired kitchen is located in Sperryville, Virginia near the Shenandoah National Park. Sumac currently serves at the scenic Pen Druid brewery and farm. The brewery rests on 27-acres of a permaculture farm where you can walk the Sperryville River trail, a 1.5 mile path connects the brewery to the historic downtown.
