How it Works

  • Tickets are released in 2 month batches.

  • Reservations for the coming weekend close at 12pm Wednesday (or sold out).

  • Our menu changes weekly.

  • The menu of the week is posted on Thursday.

  • Regretfully, we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions for the prix fixe menu.

  • The A la Carte Menu is available daily on a first come, first served basis.

  • Check-in at our Service Window to order a la carte. We look forward to your visit!

Celebrate the Winter Solstice at the FEAST OF THE SEVEN FISHES! Our final Tasting Menu of the year, and most festive prix fixe menu. Inspired by Chef/Owner Daniel Gleason’s Italian American roots, this holiday menu will showcase seven fishes over seven-courses prepared in the style of Sumac. Souced locally, where all possible and cooked in our wood fired kitchen.

Sit inside the cozy taproom. Gather outside around a yuletide bonfire. Beer and wine pairings by Pen Druid Brewing. Book tickets to reserve your spot!

Tasting Menu Tickets

The Tasting Menu is our chef’s prix fixe menu. Inspired by the growing season in the Blue Ridge Mountains and the wood fired techniques of Sumac, the multi-course menu is sourced from within 150 miles. Imagined by Chef Gleason and Season V Team, the Tasting Menu changes weekly.

  • The Tasting Menu is an omnivore’s menu. Sorry, we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions.

  • Due to the nature of our kitchen, the menu is released weekly.
