Tasting Menu Tickets

The Tasting Menu is our chef’s prix fixe menu. Inspired by the growing season in the Blue Ridge Mountains and the wood fired techniques of Sumac, the multi-course menu is sourced from within 150 miles. Imagined by Chef Gleason and Season V Team, the Tasting Menu changes weekly.
The Tasting Menu is an omnivore’s menu. Sorry, we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions.
Due to the nature of our kitchen, the menu is released weekly.
