The final Tasting Menu of the year and Season V of Sumac is the FEAST OF THE SEVEN FISHES. Inspired by Chef Daniel Gleason’s Italian American roots, this special prix fixe menu showcases the seven fishes over seven-courses prepared and served from our wood fired kitchen. Souced locally, where all possible.
