Join us for a taste of early spring. Sumac opens for the season with a soft opening A la Carte Menu March 27th-29th. Inspired by the growing season in the Blue Ridge Mountains and the wood fired techniques of Sumac, the multi-course menu is sourced from within 150 miles.
