Tickets are released in 2 month batches.
Reservations for the coming weekend close at 12pm Wednesday (or sold out).
Our menu changes weekly.
The menu of the week is posted on Thursday.
Regretfully, we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions for the prix fixe menu.
The A la Carte Menu is available daily on a first come, first served basis.
Check-in at our Service Window to order a la carte. We look forward to your visit!

Pen Druid will release its collaborative beer, the Druid Lager brewed together with Brussels new wave brewery Brasserie de la Senne. Come out for the beer release and first ever tap takeover over Labor Day Weekend! Taste crispy lagers from friends at Blue Jacket DC, Mahrs Bräu, Live Oak Brewing, Oxbow Beer, Schenker Beer, Schoenramer, and The Veil Brewing.
Sumac is preparing a celebratory menu and Goat Roast. This is a non-ticketed event. Come hungry!
Sumac will be open with regular hours Friday-Sunday the holiday weekend. No Tasting Menu this weekend, however, visit us for a la carte orders! Weekend Menu Post forthcoming.
