Tickets are for our prix fixe Tasting Menu of the week. This menu changes weekly inspired by the growing season in the Blue Ridge Mountains and the wood fired techniques of Sumac.

Our menu changes weekly and is posted on Thursday.
An A La Carte Menu is available daily.

SATYRTDAY LAGER & GOAST ROAST
Pen Druid will release its collaborative beer, the Druid Lager brewed together with Brussels new wave brewery Brasserie de la Senne. Come out for the beer release and first ever tap takeover over Labor Day Weekend! Taste crispy lagers from friends at Blue Jacket DC, Mahrs Bräu, Live Oak Brewing, Oxbow Beer, Schenker Beer, Schoenramer, and The Veil Brewing.
Sumac is preparing a celebratory menu and Goat Roast. This is a non-ticketed event. Come hungry!
Sumac will be open with regular hours Friday-Sunday the holiday weekend. No Tasting Menu this weekend, however, visit us for a la carte orders! Weekend Menu Post forthcoming.
